Cleanliness - In order to stop the germs spreading the characters give your children tips on how to clean, including how to sneeze, use tissues and eat and drink to stay healthy.

Hand Eye Coordination - To move the characters around your child will need to use both the arrow keys and the mouse, these controls are also used to make the people of the city cleaner or happier.

Counting - As your child moves around they are able to collect tissues, food and drink there is a counter on the side, but your child can also count them as they collect these items.

Listening - All of the instructions are given by the characters and your child will need to listen to them, though when going over the controls there are also pictures for your child to see what buttons to press.
