Quick Brief

Your child will learn to recognize numbers and how to write them, count up to 20, and about the number sequence in this completely free (no ads), educational game, 123 Numbers.

Educational Aspects

Numbers -123 Numbers provides 4 different game modes for your child to learn about the numbers.1 to 20. The first being “Tracing”. In this mode, your child will get to trace the numbers by following the dotted line. Each dot they reach will also emit a piano note to encourage your kid to continue tracing.

Counting -The next game mode involves counting up to 20. Each number is introduced by a matching number of objects and by tapping on these objects, your child can count along with the voice-over in the app.

Matching -The third game mode is designed to teach your child to recognize numbers through a fun matching game. Basically, the game will present the number it wants and your child will then need to look for the number balloons with the same number before tapping on it.

Number Sequence -Lastly, the fourth game mode teaches your child about number sequence by asking “fill in the blanks” questions like what number is between 3 and 5.

Less Educational Aspects

Motivation - The main character in the game, a lion, will say encouraging phrases like “I believe in you” and “You can do it” whenever your child doesn’t know what to do and leaves the game idle.

Not to mention, stickers are rewarded randomly, provided that your child managed to answer a question correctly. The stickers cannot be played with in any way but serve mainly as a collection for your child to complete. This will help keep your child motivated to play the game repeatedly, further reinforcing the lessons they have learned.

Special Features

Generate Report Card -You can get the app to automatically generate a report card listing the time and date as well as the lessons that your child has played. Best yet, for the tracing aspect of the game, you can actually view how your child traced the numbers.

Completely Free and Without Ads -RV AppStudios believe in making free educational apps for kids and thus, they have created 123 Numbers with the intention of making it completely free.
